How does the 30:60 offer work?
Pay 10% to book, 10% within 60 days, 5% at month 10 and 5% at month 20. These instalments total 30% before handover. The original 70% handover balance is reduced by a rebate equal to 10% of the property price, leaving 60% payable at handover. DLD and other fees are additional.
Do I receive the 10% rebate as cash now?
No. The rebate is deducted from the handover payment. The original advertised property price is shown throughout this page; it is not reduced upfront. Rebate conditions must be confirmed in your developer quotation.
Which projects are included?
